Public Tours: Haunted Houston Tours are offered
year round.
The same
tours are offered throughout the year but the tours in greatest demand
are the tours that we offer during the Halloween season. NO two tours are exactly alike. All tickets
are reserved on a first come / first served basis.
Personal Private Tours: Haunted Houston
Tours are
available for those who need individual tours without another group. (Note: All
private tours must be booked before September 19th or after November 1st).
We also book Personal Private Tours and Group Tours for Birthday Parties, Private Occasions, Special Events, and Graduations.
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy:
If you contact us 24 hours before the tour begins you will get an 100% refund - No Questions Asked!!!
NO shows will NOT be issued refunds under any circumstances.
Note: Alcohol is not allowed on the
Haunted Houston Tours and any guests who appear to be visibly intoxicated
will be removed from the tours and a refund will NOT be given. NO Exceptions!

Ghost Tours:
Are the Walking Tours strenuous?
It is walking. But it is NOT
non-stop walking. The tour is actually only several blocks of total walking but the time on the tour is spent at the locations on the tour. We stop frequently and the tour goes at a
leisurely pace, so it's not a strenuous evening.
Do We Give Out a List of the Places that we
Go on the Tour?
No, unfortunately, we don't do that -- for several reasons. First, we
like our guests to be surprised, plus we often change the tour, so it
can occasionally vary from night to night. Finally, because of the
imitation tours that are offered in Old Town Spring and Tomball, we don't
give out our tour
stops because we don't want to help them anymore than we already are by
providing material for their tours.
What can I bring for the tour?
Bug spray is recommended if it's rained in the past 72 hours. All participants are encouraged to bring cameras, as some have actually captured paranormal activity. We do, however, prohibit the use of video cameras or audio recording devices during the tour.
Can I take pictures or videos of the tour?
We encourage everyone to bring cameras. Anyone is welcome to post their ghostly photos on our Facebook site.
However, we discourage videos and tape recorders since this is copyrighted material.
Is this the REAL "Haunted Houston"
Tour?
Yes, this is the only tour in the area that is actually based on the historic, researched facts instead of embellished tales and was
created by the author, Kasey Clark.
Can I bring my children?
We leave it up to the parents to make the decision of what is appropriate for their child/children.
However, some material may NOT be suitable to small children. | |
